When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!
That is exactly what bride Farah did with her wedding, and served a gorgeous look while at it.
We asked Farah about the details behind her look and how she planned her 2020 wedding!
Tell us about your dress! Where did you find it and what was the inspiration behind it?
I had nothing in mind in regards to my dress, I just knew that a typical white dress isn’t what I wanted.
I was in San Francisco at the time and decided to customize it to what I had in mind.
The inspiration came from a few dresses that I’ve seen and a white dress that I’ve tried on.
Where did you get your makeup and hair done?
I booked Bob for my make up, and we did a smokey brown look.
Rojeh did my hair at their saloon, with a sleek soft bun.
What was the original plan for your wedding and how did it change?
My original wedding was supposed to be on the rooftop of Sheraton hotel in August, a completely different setup 😢due to corona hotels weren’t hosting weddings and my parents & brothers were stuck in the U.S till the end of august so we had to postpone.
Planning it was easy once I’d comprehended that weddings as we know them are no longer a choice haha, honestly we had to make the best of it while adhering to government regulations.
