Up close insight on Haya Sabouba's White Wedding in the Dead Sea

Some brides have really left a mark on the Jordanian wedding scene, one of those gorgeous brides was Haya Sabouba, we ask Haya a few questions and here is wha she had to say:

What was your favorite part of the wedding planning process?

My favorite part was picking and choosing everything together with my partner and imagining how it would all come together on the night of the wedding. and of course picking out my wedding dresses.

How did you pick out your wedding dresses and what was the inspiration behind them?

I had both of my dresses custom made by marceladecala. The first dress was a huge one with a train of 5.5 meters, I always loved and imagined myself in one of these dresses and you only get to be a bride once so I wanted to make the most of it.

Th second dress was a simple mermaid dress with an open back that we designed together because I wanted something light and fun for a Summer wedding, so I could dance the night away and be comfortable.

How did you pick out the wedding theme and location?

As for the theme we wanted an all white wedding with marble touches because we both love marble and we wanted something simple to suit the beach theme. for the location I've always wanted to have my wedding by the sea so Kempinski Dead Sea was the perfect option for us.

If you could go back in time and give yourself a message what would it be?

The message would be "do not worry and stress about every single detail as most are things you aren't even going to notice on your big night"

How did you pick out your first dance song, and what was the funnest song to dance to? First song was a song I loved called Say You Wont Let Go by James Arthur that I just felt was perfect for our first dance, but my favorite song to dance to was la2a la2😂 love these Egyptian songs and they get everyone so hyped up.

What was something you really focused on in the planning process?

Most important part to me was that we planned every single part together and were equally involved in all the details and that we got to spend so much time together planning our big night.

What was the happiest moment of your big night?

The Happiest moment was seeing everyone we loved celebrating us and feeling their love and energy, and of course finally making it official with the love of my life after 8 years together.

Tell us about your hair and makeup!

Makeup was by Bob Berri, and both hairstyles by Leon el Hajj, loved both so much

What advice would you give to upcoming brides?

Advice would be to just relax and enjoy their time leading up to the wedding and not stress too much as it all turns out well in the end and to focus on the good parts and the getting to spend your life with your partner part more than the actual wedding night as it is all about the marriage not just the wedding.

Thank you to this beautiful couple for sharing parts of their special day with us, wishing you a lifetime of love and happiness
